Diversity and Inclusion: Jordan emphasizes providing a culturally responsive approach that honors everyone’s differing values. Having a safe space to explore one’s cultural identities is an integral part of Jordan’s therapeutic approach, as well as being able to discuss how these cultural identities play a role in one’s life experience. Jordan strives to stay “forever curious” as he continues to expand his cultural competence.

Approach: An integral part of Jordan’s approach is focusing on the individuals lived life experiences, and how these have shaped who they are today. Each individual has their own strengths and weakness, and it is important to be aware of both. Jordan has a firm belief in forming a strong therapeutic relationship while working in a laid-back environment with the goal of decreasing the pressures and anxieties that may exist within the therapeutic setting. Jordan aim’s to not only help those with their immediate needs, but to also equip them with lifelong skills for continued personal growth.
